Problem with exporting data from survey solutions

Hi,

We are currently unable to export data from surveys and are not able to identify the cause of this. When we try to do so, we obtain the following error message.

Moreover, it seems that it is also correlated with the fact that enumerators are no longer receiving the newly updated questionnaire when we upload them on Survey Solution.

Any help is much appreciated,

@Adrien_Ciret what version are you using?
Did you check export logs?

@vitalii we are using the following version:

“Export service at http://127.0.0.1:59148/.version responded with version: v22.2.3.32287”

I did look into the Export log but I could not find anything useful there. But one message that seems to be interesting is the one you can see below:

I am not sure of what it actually means however, so grateful for any clues!

@vitalii the issue was solved by doing the PROCEDURE M1. Dropping temporary export schemas. Thanks for your time.

thank you for reporting that running procedure M1 helped in your case. Is that for the same server as originally reported by @Adrien_Ciret ? or was your problem observed on a different server?
