What does this mean on Tester: "You account is not approved. Please confirm you account first."

I am presenting a Survey Solutions session at a workshop this afternoon, in about 4 hours, and need to have 4 assistants demonstrate the use of Tester. What do they need to do?

Any person before accessing any questionnaires must confirm the account created during registration with the Survey Solutions Designer tool. A relevant link is emailed to a new registrant and must be clicked.
