Using Suso for household listing

Hi survey solutions.

I’m new in survey solutions. I would like to create a program in survey solutions for household listing in each enumeration area. See below table.

Each enumeration Area can have 300 to 400 structures and each structure may contain 1 to 15 households. I think about using rosters. I have looked through all SuSo rosters, but so far I have not found anything that can apply to me as the number of structures and households are unknown. Is there a way to solve this problem?

Split this questionnaire by structure having each structure as a separate interview. Then each interview would suffice with one roster with expected dimension 1 to 15, easily a numeric or list-driven roster.
