Can any country who wants to use your online cloud platform for a population and housing census. Are some countries restricted from doing this based on their classification as a middle or upper middle-income country?

If any country wants to use Survey Solutions for conducting a population and housing census, I think the best course of action would be to get in touch directly with the WB country office in that country (or region) and with the Survey Solutions team through the support email with the details of the projected operation.
We can then advise according to the situation and the information we receive.
PS: note that 2020 is less than a month away. If the Census starts in 2020 the preparations should have started months and months ago.
