We have been using MySurvey since 2018. Today, we are experiencing a server crash during Windows boot. The issue appeared after a recent update.
Unfortunately, the latest restore point that successfully boots is from a week ago, which would result in one week of data loss if we proceed with a system restore.
Could you please advise on other possible ways to restore the data?
Would it be possible to migrate the application and/or PostgreSQL database to a new server?
We currently have access to the disk and the files.
Environment details:
Windows Server 2016
Approximately 3 TB of data
If you have any procedures or best practices to migrate MySurvey or PostgreSQL to a new server, could you please share the recommended steps and actions?
Has anyone already encountered a similar issue?
