Uploading maps files

Hi I’m getting a Error message when I try to upload maps (formats tpk and zip files) for Geography Question

Maps

UPLOAD .ZIP FILE

Status: Error occurred during upload

Maps component was not initialized. Please contact system administrator.

Can you help me to understand what´s the problem? and how can I solve it?
