Uploading assignments with Arabic text results in "?" displayed in assignments

Dear Survey Solutions team,

When I upload an assignment using a .tab files that includes some identifying text variables such as Business Name, Address, Contact Person, etc, the new assignments successfully upload however, the Arabic text is instead displayed as a series of ??? symbols as shown below.

The first assignment is a test assignment with the text values in English and you can see they appear properly. The second assignment shows how Arabic text values display as ???

Please open your .tab file in notepad, select UTF-8 encoding https://i.imgur.com/6fPk514.png and save it. Then try to to preload saved file

neither “Is Multi-establishment firm?”, nor “Size”, nor “Sector” are identifying questions.
