Upload batch user to new workspace error

Hello! I have a problem uploading a batch of users (and supervisors) to a new workspace.
The users are already in other workspaces but they will be working in this new survey. In the .tab file the new workspace is correctly specified.
The error that appears is:
"Verification failed
No user accounts were created

[line: 02, column: login] : Login is not unique

A user ‘int_1’ already exists"

Thank you!

In this case you don’t need to attempt to create the same user accounts again, but let the existing users access the new workspace.

this means that we should go to another workspace, select all the users and allocate them to the new workspace. And if I want to allocate them to different supervisors, we should do this manually? It can’t be done in batch?
Thank you!

Interviewers mostly prefer to work with the same supervisors even when working on different surveys, in part because of the logistics of the supervision, in part because of team-building bonds.

Could you please provide more details about the situation you are starting with, and what do you want to achieve with that?

I’m sorry for the late reply. The main issue was how to allocate existing interviewers to a new workspace. We have a significant number of interviewers but not all will work on the new survey, some, under different supervisors. We did allocate them manually to the new workspace.
Thank you for your help!

Dear @sergiy,
Can it be done in batches? We’ve also a significant number of interviewers who work under different surveys. Enabling them manually for another workspace is time-consuming.

What is the workflow when this situation arises? How commonly does it occur? What number of users is involved?

At present, we are collecting data for the Price Statistics survey, which is a continuous, year-round exercise. In addition to this, we also conduct various ad hoc surveys using the same set of enumerators, as they are permanent staff of our organisation. Based on our requirements, we deploy them across different surveys. At times, we also hire temporary enumerators and engage them for two to three surveys. Currently, the number of temporary enumerators is as high as 2,000.
