I would like to ask about a specific case I’ve encountered. When reviewing the interview durations in the administration panel, I found one interview showing a total duration of 43 seconds, yet when I open it, I see that the questionnaire is fully completed, with all sections and questions answered properly.
The average time to complete this survey is about 8 minutes, and out of more than 3,000 interviews, I have identified only 5 similar cases with unusually low durations.
As far as I understand, if an interview is rejected and reopened by the interviewer to make corrections, the total duration accumulates and does not reset, which makes it even more puzzling that this particular case only shows 43 seconds.
Could you please explain what might cause this? Is there a technical reason or specific scenario where the duration could end up being this short despite the interview being fully filled out?
