Unable to Sync or Update

Our server was updated to ver 19.07.6. Since then, the interviewers are not able to sync their tablets. They are being asked to update to the new version. The tablets are stuck in a loop, even after updating the tablets, they are being asked to update again and cant sync.

We are also having the same problem it brings this window “interviewer keeps stopping close” app

There may be a small problem on our end–servers were not sending the latest app version–that created this behavior. A fix is currently being pushed out, and should be available on all servers in a few hours. Apologies for any inconveniences this may have caused.
