unable to open CAWI questionnaire from email invitation on a mobile phone

We sent invitations to respondents by email, but questionnaires cannot be opened on a mobile phone / tablet. This screen is displayed (attached below).

We have tried different browsers, different devices (iPhone, Samsung), only one mobile phone out of seven was able to open the questionnaire. There was no problem with this during testing a year ago, nor in life operation about a few months ago.

However, the questionnaire can be filled out on a computer, there is no problem opening them there. But we expect that our respondents would prefer to fill out the questionnaires on their mobile phones.

Is there a soulution to this?

And your version of the software apparently also didn’t change (your screenshot shows version 24.06.6), meaning it is not some recent change in Survey Solutions that has disrupted something, as that version is about one year old and you are mentioning that things were working fine just a few months ago.
