Unable to Export Data from Headquarters

I am having trouble exporting data from Headquarters. The platform is displaying that nine items are in the export queue, but none have been generated for download - it’s almost as if the platform has frozen. This has been an issue for several hours. Is there a way to reset the platform?

Can You provide a bit more details on issue? Is it cloud service or local installation?

If in cloud - then we have a bit of issues with DB connectivity that were already resolved
