Unable to change Supervisor for an Interviewer within the same workspace

Hello ~SuSo Survey Solutions team,

I’m trying to reassign an interviewer to a new supervisor on the same workspace.
Below the scenario;
Interviewer: I_001 is originally assigned to Supervisor: S_901.
Now, I need to change the supervisor for Interviewer; I_001 to Supervisor; S_902. But unfortunately, it does not reflect the changes made on the server.

I’m trying to achieve this via the “Manage Workspaces” pop-up window on the users tab, where it is supposed to allow the change – “Supervisor (Interviewers will be added to his team)”. But the changes made is not reflected and the supervisor for the interviewer; I_001 is still the originally assigned supervisor; S_901.

I have tested this on both our server and the demo server. The results are the same on both servers. Server version is 24.06.5

Would appreciate any help on this.

Since the user is already has access to that workspace no action will be taken. This is not the way to transfer an interviewer account from one team to another. See also here: Moving Interviewers

Thank you sergiy for the reply. I was able to follow the link provided and this information from Gian really helped to clarify it for me;

Change Supervisor

Hi @klaus, If you want to see the “Move to Another Team” option, you first have to select a workspace, using the filters on the left. After you choose a workspace and select/click on an interviewer, you should see the yellow “MOVE” button appear. Otherwise, what you say is true, you will only see the green ADD/REMOVE buttons.

Since our field data collection is already started, I need to know the consequences before changing the Supervisor.
The intended action is;
a) interviewer is being moved to another team, taking all the assignments and interviews with him/her;

1. Would the interviews already on the tablet on the “Started” tab, be duplicated in case the supervisor is changed?
2. Would the assignments already received by the tablet, but not opened yet (“Create new”) tab, be duplicated in case the supervisor is changed?
3. Should I make sure there are no Rejected files before the switch is made?
