Unable to access Survey Solutions

The interviewers cannot enter Survey Solutions through their tablets today. When they try, the following error message is displayed:

“The server has encountered an error which prevents it from fulfilling your request. Please contact the system administrator.”

Alternatively, we have tried to access the platform via web from our computers, resulting in the same error message, and this additional one:

We have tried clearing the browser cache and cookies and the error persists.
We have been conducting interviews with Survey Solutions for months and we have not had any problem of this type until now. We would appreciate if this issue could be solved soon, as there are interviews set for today.

Both messages are coming not from the Survey Solutions software, but from the infrastructure enveloping it. As the message says, you need to contact your system administrator, and if you have no clue who that may be then contact “the person who gave you the credentials with which you log in”. If you are an interviewer, you will likely be contacting the supervisor, he/she in turn will contact the HQ user, and he/she in turn will already know who the administrator is.

In this particular case (as per the information that I have) this was already elevated to the proper responsible team and taken care of.
