Unable to Access Data Export Service

Hi Fellow Users,

I have been unable to access the data export service since morning. It is saying “export service not available”. Has anyone experienced this? How long does it take to resolve?

If you are referring to a server hosted by the WB (https://xxx.mysurvey.solutions), it might be related to this issue:

I also couldn’t export for a short while this morning but it seems that the server(s) are spinning up again. So give it some time and see if it works later today.

Yes, there were an infrastructure issue. And actually some cloud instances may be still unavailable. We are looking into it
