Transfer server (error with the new owner email)

Hello,

I am trying to transfer a server request to another account but I am getting the following error message:

“User with email […] has not finished registration on Designer. Specify another user to transfer the server”

I am a bit lost in this one because the new owner email is the one I use to login in the designer.

Maybe I am missing a registration step but I am not sure

Any help or advice is very much appreciated.

Make sure that the new user can successfully sign in to the Designer/Portal (check both).
You can’t pass the server to a non-existing user.
The user doesn’t [fully] exist until [s]he confirms the email.
