This site can't load google maps correctly

Victor,

Please find below the error we receive in the Chrome Developer Console. I have anonymised our API key.

So it’s seems that API key is not authorized. Please verify settings on google cloud console. It’s nothing I can do if Google do not accept key. Maybe there is some typo in config

Eugene,

  1. see if you can replace Google maps with an alternative engine as described here:
    https://support.mysurvey.solutions/headquarters/alternative-maps-for-servers-in-china/
    if it doesn’t make a difference, revert back to .com server.

  2. if there is anything else that you have changed in the survey solutions’ settings, please specify.

  3. install survey solutions on a local machine instead of the cloud. see if it works, if not follow the steps sent by Victor, and check again. If working, then it is your cloud settings contaminate.
