Syncing Issues Wi-Fi

Is there any reason as to why we are unable to sync from a mobile phone hotspot and not from a router?

Other info:

  • The two (mobile phone + router) are on the same provider.
  • We’re able to do a video Skype/Viber/Messenger call from the same router, watch Youtube videos (in HD!).
  • We’ve even tried different providers.
  • Its just that when it comes to syncing, it works from the mobile hotpspot just not from routers.

Is there a setting we’re missing on the interviewer app?
