Synchronization with errors

Hello support team.

We have problems with 3 tablets when synchronization is performed, it ends with errors, one of the cases has been sent to the headquarters for review.

Errors in synchronization are normal and may be caused by connectivity issues. In which case generally a retry should succeed.

If the errors persist, the user should generally refer to the following support page for troubleshooting:
https://support.mysurvey.solutions/interviewer/troubleshooting/synchronization-problems/

The troubleshooting guide doesn’t contain the above message. This is the most generic case where Survey Solutions couldn’t determine by itself what was the problem with the synchronization. If the problem persists, contact the support with a BLUE checklist.
