Hallo Team,
We assigned assignments from HQ and the Supervisor gets the assignments for all team members except one. We then deployed the next batch and the fieldworker gets the current work and the previous assignments remain missing.
We attempted to reassign the work to another team member but the supervisor still doesn’t get the assignments.
How do we resolve this issue?
Please check the Expected and Collected values for that specific assignment. If interviews are submitted for this assignment, the enumerator can not sync it. So, a tablet can only get an assignment if there is only more Expected assignments. If that is a case and still want to assign the assignment, please go to Expected and increase Expected value for the assignment.
