Synchronization Error

Hi everyone,
While synchronising, my tablets keeps sending this error message:

“Synchronisation was interrupted, please try again Server error.”

My survey is hosted locally version 19.02.1 and I have checked the following:

  1. Server
  2. Bandwidth connection on tablet.

I also reinstalled the apps but without success.

Any help is most welcome.
