We started a survey but in the same team i have one interviewer who succesfully sent his partial questionnaire but the other who failed.
What can be the issue?

Partial synchronization allows sending the information (started interview information) from the tablet to the server, while keeping the interview data on the tablet. This means that the message “Interviews which have been started but not completed …” shown by your screenshot N°2 is correct and you can see the started interview still in the tab “Started”. In your screenshot N°1, the enumerator had already completed the interview by using clicking on “Complete” button. So, after synchronizing this interview moved from the tablet for the server. Please, double-check with both interviewers and let us know if this happened.

We are still facing this problem on the field but it may be connexion issue (some of the interviewers who could not send yesterday finally succeeded this morning). We are still having some interviewers who were not able to send data
@DianeJ describes a situation where the interviewer is getting a message “Synchronization completed with errors”.
Note that it is different from the error messages normally issued in the circumstances of the connectivity issues/disruptions in the line, which encourage the user to “try again”.
So if the interviewers can’t push their data repetitively in multiple attempts and from different networks, then the problem may well be on the server side.
Partial synchronization affects what will be synchronized. Once the scope is determined it can be successful or fail. If it fails all the time that’s not normal and needs to be addressed (regardless whether it is partial or normal synchronization).
@DianeJ doesn’t write which version of the Survey Solutions server and the Interviewer App are being run in this case, but v26.04 has had some improvements to provide better messaging in some cases (which may or may not be this case).
We are using version 25.12.
