Hello Survey Solutions team,
The creation of the Survey application has been mounted on Azure but unfortunately the application is displaying problems.

Please note that we proceeded as indicated in the installation guide, executing all the commands listed successfully.

Hello Amin,

you wrote “unfortunately the application is displaying problems”, but the screenshot doesn’t seem to be any of our dialogs, pages or screens.

thank you for adding the screenshot.

Survey Solutions’ code does not contain the message nor the link shown on the screenshot, hence I conclude that it is generated not by the Survey Solutions application, but by some other application or device in your infrastructure.
