How much storage do you need to store 10,000 files? That crucially depends on the size of the files.
Server costs consist of several components (storage, ram, cpu, traffic and connectivity) which scale differently with the size of the survey.
To complement, Sergiy’s answer, here are the minimum specs for a server. But, indeed, we’re in “it depends” territory. That said, if you can give a sense of the expected interviews per day (or hour) and answers per question, perhaps we could draw from the experience of comparable data collection efforts (e.g., census with thousands of interviews per day).
