I am trying to assigning through supervisor app but it’s not working. showing in outbox only. we are now in in the field could you please give us any solution in this?

Could you please clarify, what is not working?
– Interview assigning
– Assignment assigning
– Assigning was successful, but you we not able to establish connection
– Connection was successful, but sync failed
– Sync was successful, but interview or assignment didn’t appear on Interviewer

Please take a screenshot of the settings page of each of the applications (interviewer and supervisor) showing the version number.

Was the interviewer originally in the team? (Before the team went offline) or was she added later?

Did the interviewer manage to receive any assignments BEFORE the team went offline?

Log out of the interviewer application and log in again. Do you find the interviews after this?

interviewer originally in the team? ans - yes
interviewer want to receive assigned interview before going to the field.
logout and login many time but not coming any interview from supervisor but showing successful sync and it’s showing in outbox of the supervisor app.
please help!
