Supervisor App Bluetooth Stops


I have been facing this issue that whenever I am trying to send interviews through Bluetooth using Supervisor app, many times the Bluetooth on Supervisor tab turns off as soon as I press the horizontal sync button.

Then I have to unpair, repair and sometimes restart the tablet to make it work.

Can someone explain it to me why does it happen and how can I avoid it?
