Dear Survey Solutions Team,

Thank you for your previous help.

Now I have an issue on the speed report section. My team conducted a pilot survey and several respondents were interviewed. Each of interview took 1-2 hours. However the speed report indicates that the average interview duration were around 0-5 minutes. Is there anything that I missed?
