I have a list of items (more than 39). to facilitate the work of interviewer, i need to sort in alphabetical order so that the interviewers get their item easily. Is there an option to display it in an alphabetical order?
Hello @DianeJ , categories will appear in the order set in the Designer. To make them appear alphabetically, sort them before uploading to the Designer. You can keep the original codes if they are meaningful (e.g. occupation codes in certain classifications), as the categories’ codes don’t have to be increasing or sequential:
101 Doctor
17 Teacher (schools)
18 Teacher (university)
22 Welder
973 X-ray machine maintenance specialist

My issue is that, the application I am working on is bilingual (English and French). I finally had to duplicate the questionnaire. One is sort in English and the other one in French. I was asking a sort function that may classify the items according to the language
If you use a combobox edit like suggested in Add search option for categorical question - #2 by sergiy you will have the search results shown sorted alphabetically. That should apply to any language and eliminate the need for a second copy of a questionnaire.

I shared a partial questionnaire where we need the classification.
1st We have Yes/No items (it is checked as we meet the items, i will have like it to be in alphabetical order)
2nd We have rosters based on a list of items (That i want to be in alphabetical order for agent to search easily the product they will work with)
3rd alternatively, i would have like a search button not only on modalities but maybe on items/roster to move easily to the table i want to fill.
