Several questions on questionnaire dispatch and links; questionnaire design

Hi,

I want to create a questionnaire that I would like to send to 30 people through a link. I am working with Survey Designer online to create my questionnaire.
1- How do I dispatch my questionnaire and see/export the results?

Furthermore, I have Questionnaire design questions:
2- Can I create a table with free text entries by rows so without rows name (like column A “Please specify the paragraph” and column B "your comments’, with like 10 rows fully free text for respondents ?
3- My text in my introduction is squeezed and not spread all over the page, how can I change that?
