Server Error Survey Solution

Hello For some time, I no longer have access to the Survey Solution platform, the browser sends me the error message (HTTP Error 502.5 - ANCM Out-Of-Process Startup Failure) attached. Could I have any solutions to solve this problem?

Which server are you using?
Which version of Survey Solutions is installed there?
What were the actions before the problem appeared?

I updated the Survey Solution from version 19.02.1 (build 24046) to 21.9. After the update, the server started giving the HTTP Error 502.5 error. All this was done by the cloned server.[image]
