Hi,
there’s a small error when sending out invitations to CAWI survey, where only one invitation is sent successfully instead of the real number. The correct number is indeed sent, it seems to just be a GUI error.
We use SMTP server as the email provider, if that plays a role.
I’ve uploaded two screenshots that show the problem in question:
It is a known issue, we raised a ticket for it. Please follow the implementation progress here. One important note, this issue is about counters only. Invitations were successfully sent.
Could you please confirm that and tell us if there something wrong with them?
That is correct, all invitations were sent and without a problem as far as I know. The only issue is the counter itself.
