Seeking help to resolve "Incompatible version detected” error.

Dear All,
We were able to log in to the device successfully on the first attempt. However, after changing the password, the system is no longer allowing us to log in. We are receiving the following error message:

“Incompatible version detected. Please reach out to your supervisor for resolution.”

I request guidance on how to resolve this issue.
I will also attach a screenshot to help illustrate the problem for better understanding.

This issue is likely caused by a version mismatch between the Interviewer application installed on the tablet and the version running on the server. In other words, the tablet may be using a newer version of the Interviewer app than the server supports, or the server may have been updated while the tablet is still running an older app version.

Please verify the Survey Solutions version on both the tablets/devices and the server, and ensure that they match. Make sure that the Interviewer app installed on the device is downloaded directly from your server. Please avoid installing the app from external websites.

I have also attached a screenshot (as an example) showing how to check the version and where to download the correct Interviewer app.
