Rosters not working in Test

For whatever reason, my basic household roster works fine in the online test environment but causes the Tester app to crash. I have tested on numerous devices with the same result.
Using Android 9.0.

Any ideas?

Let us investigate. Please, upload the questionnaire (possibly the smallest part that demonstrates the crash) to the demo server, connect your tablet as Interviewer, start the interview and confirm the crash. Send to support email the login name of the interviewer, questionnaire name and assignment number.

Thank you. It was both on the demo site using interviewer and the Tester app. The survey name is ARS-Multiple. I just sent an email about it using the “contact us” link.
