Roster Matrix Categorical Multi-select display free input values

Recently I tried to create a Roster in a Matrix display which could give me the possibility to freely insert/type numeric and text values as answers within the matrix. No such option is given in the Design of the survey, other than the check boxes for multi-select categories and the radio buttons for the single-select categories.

What I would like to know is if it is possible Survey Solutions can modify a version of the program for our company so that it can be possible for us to input numeric and text values freely, not having to stick to the check box/radio button requirement.

Could you let me know what the short term possibilities are in creating this solution for us as soon as possible?

There is only one version of Survey Solutions, same for all companies and organizations. (clearly there is evolution in terms of development v1, v2, v3, but each version-i is same for everyone).

  1. at the support site https://support.mysurvey.solutions click on the search bar.
  2. type two words: roster tabular
  3. the very first search result is the article you need. (with the above picture).
