Reminders - web interview

Hi, I have a question regarding a web survey, we would like to know how it is possible that reminders are no longer sent by mail to a respondent, to avoid this we archive the assignment, but even doing this the reminders are always sent.

The reminder that is sent is No response, since the user has never entered the survey.

Thank you for your message. The reminders should not be sent out regarding the archived assignments.

We will check if there is any flaw in the logic there.
