I have been facing issues when I re link to another tablet all my interviews in Started are lost and only the create new ones are re linked to the new tablet. Can you help me solve this issue.

yes, this happens (by design) because only completed interviews are sent to the server, so the server never sees the ones that are “Started” and can’t serve them to the new tablet.
