It is possibile to create on the questionnaire nested related rosters? For example in a dwelling can have a Number of household and a related rosters for specify the Number of member and another roster to specify related name, surname, etc. and another roster for specify Age, and so on

That’s the whole point of nested rosters.
DWELLING–>HH–>PERSON
is a typical nesting structure for listing/Census operations.
