Red accounts in the `Devices/Interviewers` report

User Arthur Giesberts has asked the following question:

…why are some records red in the Devices/Interviewer reporting ?

As per code, the account is highlighted in red if the account has critical issues:

  • low available storage;
  • wrong clock settings on the mobile device.

Current assumptions are (as of version 23.09):

  • available storage is low if the mobile device reports having less than 100MB available (note that by the time the available storage drops to this value, most Android devices will have troubles operating reliably, even at basic tasks, like connecting to networks).

  • The clock is wrong if it deviates by more than 10 minutes.

At the level of the teams (supervisors) the account is red if any of its team members’ (interviewers’) accounts is red.
