Recommendation for a Kiosk Lock for tablets

Any suggestions on a good kiosk lock for Andriod tablets that will only expose the interviewer app and the wifi connections?

Please let me know.

While I’ve not undertaken this task in awhile, I remember that Android itself offered a way to create restricted user accounts (see instructions here). However, I believe that this feature still granted restricted users access to most Android settings.
