Question where all household members respond at the same time

Hello,
I need to create a qestion where all household members respond at the same time.

Multi-select question
Multi-select question1920×1080 289 KB

However when I tried to create it by using multi-select question, Source of categories - List question or question from roster group, it was not possible to choose display mode Yes/No buttons. It was possible to choose only checkboxes, but it is not useful for me because I need the interviewers to check Yes or No for each of the respondent.

Is there any option how to create such question?

I think the functionality you are lookin for is provided by Rosters.
