Quantity Report not showing data for previous dates

In the Quantity report, if I select today’s date and click on the supervisor I see data as expected. Example below (Note the date in “Starting From”):

However, If I select a different date and do the same, It says no data available in the table. Note the date in “Starting From”:

This holds true regardless of if I change the values for “Over the previous” and “period unit”. There is data as expected for the supervisors, but this bug only happens for interviewers. I don’t know if it’s just my server but I am running 23.09.1 (build 35025)

The demo server shows consistent values:

I see in the top screenshot there is a mentioning of a particular team: LFSSupervisor, which is not mentioned in the other screenshot, which tells me the two screenshots are not reflecting the same information.

The page’s URL shows essential information about the configuration of this report. Unfortunately you’ve cut off that portion in your screenshots, rendering efforts to compare these reports more difficult.

I see in the top screenshot there is a mentioning of a particular team: LFSSupervisor , which is not mentioned in the other screenshot, which tells me the two screenshots are not reflecting the same information.

Yup, the only thing I did differently was to change the date. But that is how it displays. Also, this is specific to the Interviewers. Supervisors display the data just fine.

The url for today’s date (2024/08/10) is: https://mydomain/lfs/Reports/QuantityByInterviewers?questionnaireId=261f79f7f7e94227ade7808764e4310b&questionnaireVersion=&from=2024-08-10&period=d&columnCount=7&reportType=0&supervisorId=54d1363d-770d-4424-99e6-d61cf08e71b7

And for yesterday (2024-08-09):
https://mydomain/lfs/Reports/QuantityByInterviewers?questionnaireId=261f79f7f7e94227ade7808764e4310b&reportType=0&columnCount=7&period=d&from=2024-08-09

I realise that the url for yesterday’s data is missing the supervisor ID however when I include it, the page quickly refreshes and drops that part of the URL resulting in no data being displayed.

Thank you @dtrotman for the additional details.

The problem has been reproduced in the current version and ticketed here:

Thank you, I will keep an eye on it.

Should be working after the update to version 24.06.3.
Please check and confirm.
