Problems exporting data from Survey Solutions

I am getting an error exporting my data out of survey solutions. This is the error “An unexpected error occurred during export. We are sorry for inconvenience. Please contact support team support@mysurvey.solutions.” Please let me know what is happening.

Hi, I have the same problem when I try to export main survey data or binary data.

Hi, I too am having this problem when I try to export data.

This is passing since yesterday on the night (Honduras time).

I reported it at the mail support@mysurvey.solutions.
