Problem with Server Installation

Hello Everyone,

I am currently have difficulty with setting up my survey solution server.

I have downloaded all the applications (i use windows) PostgreSQL, and SurveySolutions. But i particularly have trouble installing the PostgreSQL.

Can someone kindly help with this process
