Problem synchronising

Good morning,
I am having troubles synchronising two tablets with several complete interviews.
In order to synchronise, the application is requesting an update but it keeps failing when I try to do it: It appears to be working, but then it gets stuck on “Downloading, please wait… (100%)”.
What do I have to do in order to get the tablets to synchronise and not loose these interviews?

According to your description the problem is with updating, not synchronization.
