A user reported that occasionally when using the self-service portal a message ‘Loading’ appears and stays indefinitely.
The user reported using a Firefox browser (unknown version).
We do not have a way of reproducing the issue. If the ‘Loading…’ message stays on the screen more than 1 minute, just refresh the page.
The issue is purely cosmetic and doesn’t affect any of the functionality of the portal.
If anyone has a reproducible scenario details, please post here.
