No connection to the survey solutions supervisor

Hello SS team,

I am facing a very weird issue. I assigned a survey to 10 people and they were going to use Interviewer app first time on their app.

5 of them were able to enter into the app while for the rest, the app was giving the error
“NO CONNECTION TO THE SURVEY SOLUTIONS SUPERVISOR. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE WEBSITE IS AVAILABLE”

Is my server broken or something?

So it turned out that some tablets had older versions of interviewer app. You might want to add this to the list of solutions.
