No connection to the Survey Solution Designer

Dear SS Team,
I want to login into tester application on my phone but I’m receiving this message, ‘No connection to the Survey Solutions Designer. Please make sure that the website is available.’
The internet connection both on my phone and computer is working. What could be the cause of this error?

The Designer is working now so it is about your device. Perhaps, uninstall the Tester App and re-install from the Google Play again. Best, Sergiy
