I currently use Qualtrics blocks to organize a survey. Can it be imported from CAPI such as Qualtrics or REDCap, or would we need to rebuild on Survey Solutions from scratch? How would I structure a survey that has multiple sections, and repeating questions?
You will need to rebuild from scratch using the same or equivalent questionnaire elements: questions, sections, rosters, etc.
