I have 2 questionnares, one of is screening the other is main survey. Is it possible to match Interview keys from 2 surveys? If yes how to ?

Hi,
no, using the interview__key or interview__id will not work. They are by definition a unique identifier for each interview.
You will need to add identifying questions to both questionnaires in order to match interviews post-server/survey stage.
For example, add same coded questions to your Cover Page in both scripts. This could entail administrative regions (District, Village etc.) or other identifying variables (household names, street names etc.).

why not make the main survey an optional section of the screening questionnaire?
You could pre-load the data from the screening survey to the main survey.
