Map Report not working

We are experiencing a problem with the map report that is not showing any map or zoom controls, just a green screen.

We have found in the logs an error related to Google Maps Heatmap layer being deprecated with this reference: https://developers.google.com/maps/deprecations.

I checked on de Demo Server and playing around into some questionnaires there I am finding the same problem with the Map Report so I guess that this might be impacting in other servers apart from the ones we run at SPC.

On the other hand the map available in Interviews menu works fine.

Any ideas to overcome this issue will be welcomed.

This is caused by changes in Google’s functionality used in presenting map report.

We have noted the issue and the team is working on fixing this. You can monitor the status in the following ticket:
